Product Manager - Mobile Banking

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for continuously reinventing and improving the Mobile Banking platform

2. Continuously maintain a strong proposition that creates sustainable competitive advantage, creates customer engagement, and superlative user experience that drives direct business benefits

3. Enable relevant touchpoints on Mobile Banking platform by empathically understanding the customer and leading rapid development

4. Develop a deep understanding of the customer, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build the right set of features and track adoption for the same

5. Act as a key authority and point of contact for project development and control

6. Partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life

7. Collect, analyze and report data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful product rollout

8. Represent the voice of the end-user throughout the development process

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong appreciation of User Experience, User-Centric design

2. Experience in managing mobile and internet products in the financial or e-commerce industry will be preferred

3. Analytical skills to evaluate various customer/product innovations

4. Good in data crunching to understand customer behavior and usage of the applications

5. Good understanding of processes & retail banking technology

6. A high level of interest and passion for the consumer internet world will be an added advantage
