Product Manager - Mobile

Location: Bengaluru, India

Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Deliver simple & intuitive mobile apps that offer great end user experience

- Leverage data, research, feedback, and technical insights to understand the market needs and translate that into new product features and directions

- Manage timelines and frequent product iterations with the engineering and design teams

- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams on positioning and messaging for our mobile product offerings

- Use data-driven analysis and experiments to optimize user flows and product adoption

- Come-up with new ideas to increase user engagement and to deliver great user experience

- Work with end users/engineering/design/product and our sales teams to develop a clear roadmap Clearly articulate product strategy to all stakeholders, internal and external

- Stay up to date on technology trends Desired

Skills:

- 1+ years in mobile product management, with at least 2 years of experience building mobile apps on Android (for consumers or businesses)

- Excellent understanding of App ecosystem, app design guidelines, technology trends for respective mobile OS platform (Android/iOS)

- Strongly data-driven and technical: have the ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources for informed product decisions

- Software Engineering background required (engineering degree and/or deep coding experience)

- Have the ability to build consensus and manage projects across functions

- Must care deeply about user experience and have strong consumer product instincts

- Extremely detail-oriented and organized

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong bias for action with ability to drive projects to completion

Product Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities:

- Create & communicate a clear vision for the product with all stakeholders

- Create a product that is extremely intuitive and user friendly

- Understand consumer requirements and behaviors through data and observation

- Understand business priorities & plan the journey to the ideal product through relevant milestones

- Work closely with the UX team to build prototypes

- Work closely with the Technology team to implement the product created

- Work closely with the SEO/Marketing team to implement product changes that will drive increased traffic and improve conversions

- Overall be the custodian of the product and own the responsibility of ensuring that the product delivers great consumer value

Requirements:

- Startup friendly - high passion for building a great product

- Strong Product Management Expertise

- From a reputed engineering college / B school - Sharp analytical skills

- Having computer science and IT background is an advantage
