It is a brand promoted by group which is a 4 year old bop(bottom of the pyramid) focused financial enterprise with a reach to over a million customers across 7 states in india.

The firm has been created as a crowd-funding marketplace with an objective of providing investors with high yield; reasonably secure debt and equity/preference capital opportunities amongst newer asset classes. The parent group has been serving the bottom-of-the-pyramid ('bop') segments since its inception in 2011 and has enrolled over 6 lac bop segment members/customers since then.

The firm is managed by professionals with over 100 man-years of experience in the financial services space. The promoters come with experience in world-class organizations such as goldman sachs, kotak, e&y, citibank NA, O&M.

We are looking a seasoned professional with 3+ years in the field of it, typically managed one or more projects involving others.

Primary job responsibilities

- Proven track record in concept development for mobile & web based products, and leading through their development life cycle.

- Actively involved in streamlining products in real time according to market & customer feedback based on data analytics and has a reputation for disruptive solutions with fast go to market.

- Product Development, Product Strategy, Go to market, A/B Testing & Optimization

- Platform expertise in Mobile (iOS, Android, Mobile Commerce), Web (eCommerce) PM / Productivity: Jira, Basecamp, Pivotal Tracker, Comscore, Salesforce, SugarCRM

- Primary ongoing responsibility is for management of projects, including but not limited to concept streamlining, overseeing product development and reporting.

- Focus on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, etc.

- Lead the design, testing, planning, and development of projects for systems that typically affect many users.

- Develop tools, documents, project plans, frame work & implement plans for programs.

- Effectively communicate project plans, status, issues, out comes.

- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools. Execute & Control: scope, work plans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc.

- Mobile and Web based project experience would be preferred.

- Actively involved in streamlining products in real time according to market & customer feedback based on data analytics and has a reputation for disruptive solutions with fast go to market.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong Graduate degree

- 3-5 yrs experience developing mobile and web applications and technology
