Product Manager - Mobile App - Startup

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Own and managing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, concept to launch.

- As a cross-functional lead, responsibilities will includes driving ideas and features from concept to launch. Will involve working with engineering and design on a day-to-day basis to launch features.

- Ideate and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Actively contribute towards user acquisition, engagement and retention.

- Solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results in a complex, fast- moving environment.

- Be the internal and external evangelist for the product.

- Market research and customer intelligence.

Requirements :

- 4 to 10 years of experience and a minimum 1 year of experience in product management for a mobile app based product company. Experience in e-commerce product management would be an added advantage.

- Engineering background and hands-on development experience is a must. MBA from Tier-1 B-school is an added advantage.

- Should have a good business acumen and a mindset to question - why- .

- Passion for delivering results and driving things to completion.

- Should be equally comfortable in envisioning a 3 year product roadmap and a weekly execution plan.
