About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of tower cranes. It is the first manufacturer in India to produce hydraulic crawler cranes. The Company is planning to expand its product range not only in the ‘Crawler Crane’ category but also in ‘Tower’ & ‘Port’ cranes and looking forward to recruit an experienced product manager with capital equipment industry background.

Job Description

Reporting into the General Manager; your key responsibilities will entail:

- Developing our clients tower crane business

- Independently handling transfer of technology from our technical collaborator to our design & production

- Launching new products into the market

- Preparing projections for sales and budget

- Co-coordinating with sales personnel’s to achieve projected sales targets

The Successful Applicant

- You are a B.E. (Mechanical) graduate and you have minimum of 8-10 years of experience in, Manufacturing / sales of construction or material handling equipment.

- You have handled a team before and possess exceptional negotiation skills, strong financial and commercial acumen and leadership capability to mentor and coach effectively.
