Product Manager - Merchant Engagement - FinTech

About the role :

We are looking for a candidate with product management experience to drive our merchant engagement charter. Merchant engagement product manager would be responsible for ensure our platforms are built to scale and we drive a strong engagement with our entire merchant base.

What you'll be doing :

- Drive the product and business priorities across cross-functional teams 

- Analyse product requirements and develop solutions which are scalable, efficient and brings success to PayU's merchants

- Ruthless prioritisation- There are tonnes of features that we can build; you will be responsible for prioritising what to build and what not to build

- Work closely with our internal teams- Account management, Sales & Operations to ensure our internal tools are powered to cater to merchant needs

- Partner with engineering to ship products that delight merchants, strike the right balance of impact vs engineering bandwidth, and makes a measurable impact on the business

- Define the key success metric for your product line and develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future product investments.

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

What are we looking for :

- 3+ years of hand-on product management experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience

- Good understanding of APIs,

- CRM platforms and survey tools is a must

- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Youre a self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

- Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that promotes constant team communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points if :

- Previous experience in #Fintech and payments domain will be plus

- You have created and launched NPS surveys in your previous role

- Experience working on technical B2B / B2C products and you are strongly opinionated about APIs

- Experience working with CRM platforms.
