Product Manager- Merchant Acquistion

- Responsible for identifying and onboarding of prospective clients as merchant aggregator to increase PoS business.

- Handholding the client during onboarding and technical integration and resolving the challenges if any to expedite the onboarding process through internal co-ordination.

- Responsible for business targets - acceptance points, volume, VAS, digital & POS activation.

- Building strong relationship with existing and prospective clients & Vendors.

- Sound knowledge of technology to facilitate business development with business partners to ideate, design & develop and test new solutions and process.

- Hawk eyes on competitor activity and on new offerings in market in payment space to add new features/offerings to keep YBL solution differentiated from competition.

- Coordinate with Risk, Policy, IT, Operations for product enhancement.

- Sound understanding of compliance & regulatory requirements of business.

- Process improvement by implementing best market practices.
