Product Manager - Medical Devices & Consumables - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Our Client : is an American MNC - one of the leading players in Medical devices and consumables.

Founded in 1976, it has grown to be a billion dollar firm with its presence over 25 countries and a workforce of 5000+ people.

Role - Product Manager

Product Management and Marketing Mix decisions in alignment with the Marketing Manager. Creating effective communication tools in conjunction with the Central International Product Management Team.

- Liaison with clinical department and support functions for product related training and activities.

- Develops business and tactical plans for the assigned portfolio together with the Marketing Manager.

- Competitive information & MIS reporting

- Data collation analysis and interpretation aligned to the business goals and strategic direction.

- Demonstrates a collaborative approach in achieving the organisation goals.

- Working on market research and market development projects time to time to increase the market share of the Products/Brand

- Planning & ensuring implementation of the marketing campaigns

- Ensure KOL development/ engagements/ partnership programs in order to achieve growth and penetration

- Field working / Traveling : 15 days minimum per month

- Drives market development and Strategy Execution efforts, which lead to a growth in sales.

- Builds strong relationships with business partners/ stakeholder and intermediaries.

- Internal and External trainings : Training material, modules, tools and execution

- Planning and initiating activities like CMEs, Doctor Programs, patient initiation/ contact programmes.

- Liaison with sales force for all activities, symposia congress, various association meetings and marketing inputs

- Ensure timely availability of various supports needed by sales team for doctor promotion.

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA from a reputed institute

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Medical devices industry.
