Job Description:
- To provide overall Product / Market Management support to the Business Group with a specific focus towards developing marketing strategy, key accounts management, planning & analysis, managing profitable product mix, developing product promotional materials, new market development to internal sales team, distribution sales as well sales support and coordination to all regions.

Description
Reporting to the Business Head, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Coordinate with Business / Finance head on the current / future sales, pricing and profitability planning from existing and new products portfolio.
- Planning and implementation of a profitable product mix management, and working with the Business Head on the pricing options and new product launch.
- Work with demand planning and supply chain team on inventory forecasting for import and inventory distribution planning.
- Coordinating with Business head, Marketing associates, clinical groups within India, and Worldwide for market information, other market feed-backs for developing product / go to market strategies for India
- Create and execute local marketing strategy, build market appropriate programs and drive initiatives that will help to create strong brand loyalty, as well as help to generate new business
- Develop promotional material (literature / brochures / customer delight programs), other value-add programs for existing and new products.
- Provide training and technical / service support to the sales team and key customers.
Profile
- Graduate in Science/Engineering.
- Preferred - Post-graduation in business management / marketing management.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to the OT/OR environment.
- The person should have in-depth understanding on the infusion practices, critical care / anaesthesia space (with focus on infusion delivery devices / equipment), OR environment.
