Designation : Product Manager
Company Profile :
One of the world's leading suppliers of mechanical cleaning products is looking for a 6-8 years experienced product manager with a proven track record in brand / product management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the marketing mix- 4Ps
- Pricing & analyzing the potential profitability
- Exploring new ways to communicate,
- Defining distribution channels to ensure availability
- Advertising- coordinating & monitoring - BTL and ATL (as applicable)
- Work with field sales organization/ trade marketing to drive brand turnover, trade visibility, selling propositions & priorities
- Develop Yearly Marketing plans (Operative Plan) for the category outlining category marketing initiatives for the year and executing them within the approved budget, leading to achieve the desired results
- Lead major projects & managing in a cross-functional way (across Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, R&D, Controlling, Design agency etc..)
- Develop sales folders and trade advertisement for national product initiatives
- Analyze the market & its activity (includes competition), including the growth factors / trends of the total market & various market segments within it, & their performance relative to the competition
- Liaison & coordinate with all functions in the organization ( eg. To develop product line extensions, quality improvements, packaging changes, cost reductions, rationalization, pricing strategies etc..)
Desired Profile :
Minimum Qualifications : Graduation in any stream + PG/ MBA/ PGDBM in Sales and Marketing
Minimum Experience : 6-9 years
Industry preference : FMCG, FMCD background
