Product Manager - MBA

Our test prep company is seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager. In this role, the person will be responsible for bringing new product lines, in addition to the product bucket. The Product Manager would be required to work creatively and in coordination with the other departments. Knowledge of key demographics and an innovative perspective on product development are important in this role. If you understand the consumer market we are interested in speaking with you.

Product Manager Responsibilities and Duties

- Product P&L - Tracking the revenue, market share, and profitability

- Understanding customers need and obtaining market information through research

- Growing existing products; adding appropriate new variants, as per the present and future prospects

- Deliver operating plan for new products in sync with Marketing, Tech, and Content team

- Competitors Analysis and Tracking - Comparing the companies products with the competitor's products

- Oversee the servicing of products across customers with support team; ensuring smooth servicing

- Implement sales strategies; evaluate and maintain the efficient functioning of the sales team

- Prepare long-term and short-term plans of improvisation, for the existing products

- Monitoring the pricing closely with respect to competitors pricing, production and sales cost, special offers, etc.

- Branding and marketing - create and manage events, growth initiatives, manage brand assets like blog, websites etc.

- Content and Delivery - oversee the update and consistency of qualitative content along with its adequate delivery

- Ability to take sessions and seminars across regions

The first level of evaluation would be based on an assignment.
