Product Manager - Material Handling Company

We are having a job opening for a leading Material Handling company for the position of Product Manager .

Candidates must have working experience / technical knowledge on forklift, stackers, loaders, dozers, excavators, backhoe, construction equipment / earth movers /MHE / Construction equipment / earth movers

Qualification : BE / B.Tech - Must (Regular only)

Year of Exp : 8-15 yrs

JD :

Training of Sales team :

- Plan & implement training program for the sales team - Product Training.

- Periodic Tests/Updates to sales force (Circulate product related updates received from TICO & BT to all Branches)

- Study competitor machines & prepare product comparison to strengthen sales team's knowledge of competition products.

- TSDR/SR submission and monitoring.

- Build relationship with attachment makers to enhance the speed of response for enquiries related to attachments.

- Localization of parts (part development activity). Mainly, fast selling items like batteries, chargers, tyres etc. to be developed and handed over to purchase/operations team.

- Assist in standardization of trucks specifications.

- MIS reports preparation.

- Monitoring Specification Manual/BT Order Calculator update implementation across all sales members.

- Develop local catalogs for identified products.
