Key Role & responsibilities:

- Responsible for P&L delivery for the allotted categories

- Building Product roadmap in line with market trends, Consumer insights and competitive landscape

- GTM strategy and price benchmarking with relevant competition brands.

- Building core category insights and consumer insight library for inputs to product pipeline.

- Creation of channel wise assortment and planogram to drive market share

- Working closely with design & procurement team to execute product launches as per product roadmap

- Developing communication content in digital and offline channels for creating awareness

- Internal stakeholders : Brand team, Trade Marketing , Design, Procurement, Sales team.
