Responsibilities :
- Support ideation, vision, strategy and roadmap for key marketing initiatives and projects.
- Define and drive feature specification, work closely with engineering teams to deliver against the roadmap for your ownership area.
- Work with internal and external partners to gather feedback, manage dependencies.
- Regularly present new product plans, product development progress and engage with the product team, performance marketing teams, Affiliate managers, Operations team and the PMO team
- Drive rhythm of business activities within the team and across the org to ensure end-to-end success of initiatives
- Ensure customer success for all customers, working closely with key stakeholders
- Define, and track usage & business success metrics.
You will maintain key relationships with:
- Chief Product Officer - Martech
- Senior Product Managers
- Performance marketing teams
- Marketing operations
- Mobile apps team
- Platform engineering teams
- Data engineers and analysts.
Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:
- An engineering or an MBA degree with 3 - 5 years prior experience in the Digital marketing / Performance marketing domain is strongly preferred
- Very strong hands-on experience in tools like Google Ad words, Google Tag Manager, FB Business manager, Google Analytics, Snapchat etc.. is a must-have
- Possess good knowledge of Mobile acquisition tools and mobile attribution platforms such as Appsflyer is crucial
- Experience with App store optimization, app submissions across iOS app store / Android play store preferred
- Good knowledge of app store / play store policies and impact on acquisition funnels
- Experience with acquisition platforms like Income Access, NetRefer etc.
- Fluency with requirement analysis, requirement design, product marketing, product planning and requirements engineering
- Excellent understanding of acquisition funnels across channels esp. Mobile apps
