Designation: Product Manager (Luminaire & LED Lamps)

Minimum Qualification: Graduate + MBA/PGDM (Sales/ Marketing)

JD in Brief

- Set and achieve the overall business objectives for Luminaire and LED Lamps segment

- Handle product portfolio and product lifecycle management for given segment to achieve required sales and profitability targets (Top line & Bottom line); Develop product launch roadmaps, manage new product introductions, strategically handle phase out of products.

- Ensure call line maintenance, product pricing, standard margin achievement.

- Align and assign sales and profitability targets to sales team, keeping focus on overall business objective and promoting key and innovative products.

- Analyse competitor strategies, perform benchmarking and develop counter strategies; Conduct regular market surveys, Prepare Mind/StraMap data, ensure monthly monitoring.

- Support and coordinate with Quality, Marketing, Sales, Supply chain planning team; Work closely with technical team for development of L4L products.

- Organize technical training for the employees and provide technical support for any field failure in market

- Handle operational as well as strategic aspects of the job and align closely with APAC and Global team.
