Product Manager Company Name: Shipyaari About Shipyaari: Shipyaari, a tech-based, fully-integrated logistics company, in its 10th year is at the cusp of transmuting itself and revolutionising the Indian logistics industry simultaneously Headcount of the company: 200+ employees Inception: 2013 Job Role : Product Manager (Engagement/ Customer Success) Working Days: 5 days working (alternate Saturdays off) Job Location: Mumbai Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers for our logistics and shipping solutions - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop products and services to meet those needs - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective acquisition campaigns - Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and use those insights to inform product development and marketing strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. KPIs - DAU, MAU, Sign-ups, CPA, CRO Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, tech or a related field from tier 1 institutes preferred - 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or acquisition roles - Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and logistics and shipping solutions preferred - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proven track record of driving growth and acquisition for products and services - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
