- Generated action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and engagement

- Worked cross-functionally to drive Product Launches and Release

- Developed user stories/wireframes (both functional and non-functional requirements)

- Worked with the client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution responsible for increasing the Churn rate, Retention rate and Adoption rate Using AI and ML.

- Responsible for delivering products that are non-replicate in the market.
