What is the role ?

The product manager is responsible to define requirements and drive success of Healthcare/Ecommerce/Real estate / Grocery / Food online centric tech products.

- This role requires to influence a cross-functional team and deliver consistently

- This role coordinates and inspires the creation of innovative products and services in an agile development environment and ensures delivery of the features and functionality to maintain and grow business.

- The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and bringing products to market while meeting key business objectives.

- To be the dominant player (no. of customers, customer retention, customer delight, revenue, profitability) in B2B platform, enabling growth for the Customers through dedicated leads and better conversions and provide technological ecosystem for business growth and expansion

Requirement :

- Hands-on experience of building and managing consumer tech products

- Prior experience in Healthcare or Ecommerce preferred

- Experience of 3+ years + of which 1.5 years + in product management

- Track record of driving and delivering large, complicated projects on time and within scope

- Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to roll up your sleeves and try different things with minimal direction

- Loves and understands technology. Stays current on competition and disruptors in the market

- Is organized, and can plan, forecast and manage a product backlog

- Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy.

- Must demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influence multiple individuals, groups, and cross-functional relationships

- Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent ability to communicate and work with stakeholders across the organization

Product Lead - Justdial

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Works with engineering to drive product development from conceptualization through launch - creating actionable plans, work streams, tactics and deliver on those in support of business KPI's

- Manages the product roadmap for your strategic area, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders

- Can operate under limited supervision is provided as this individual can operate, drive results, and set priorities independently

- Works with product marketing, design, engineering, quality etc. to successfully deliver products to market

- Leverages data/analytics to make tactical and strategic product decisions

- Demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influencing multiple individuals and groups

- Cultivates a deep understanding of the customer and work tirelessly to identify new opportunities to improve their experience

- Produces and manages usability studies, product metrics, competitive, customer and market analysis into product requirements to identify new opportunities

- Strives to be a subject matter expert in their strategic focus area(s) by identifying the challenges our customers' face and defines new opportunities to improve our customers' experience
