Product Manager - Loan Product - MSME Sector

Job Description :

- Conceptualize and Design loan products for MSMEs (especially focused on micro and small enterprises) in urban, semi urban and rural areas

- Conceptualize and design loan products for retail consumable goods for existing customer base

- Develop, manage vendor relationships, supervise inventory management with admin team

- Conduct market research to identify customer segments, product attributes, market trends, conduct competition analysis

- Develop product specific processes in coordination with sales/ operations team

- Maintain product specific documentation- clear product definitions, customer eligibility, customer sourcing strategy, appraisal process and parameters, process and techniques for valuation of property, complete sets of documents required from customers

- Specify requirements for IT system customizations for products

- Drive Process compliance around products

- Manage product level P&L, drive sales and portfolio quality, develop staff incentive schemes to achieve targets

- Coordinate with training team to develop training material, conduct staff training's, pilot test and roll out product in coordination with operations team

- Prepare product specific MIS on demand

Additional requirement :

- 3 years experience in developing and managing loan products pertaining to the MSME sector, preferably in banks or any large MFI

- Good knowledge of market developments, product specific processes, regulatory environment, BOP market, and field level operations of banks, MFIs.

Qualification :

- MBA Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in banks/ micro finance/ financial inclusion domain

- Experience of LAP (Loan against property) is must.
