PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES : Accountabilities Activities : 1. IP Curation and Execution - Conduct regular research and analyse market data - Assess competition by comparing products. - Work closely with the marketing and operations department and review project schedules regularly to ensure flawless execution of all projects - Constantly innovate and come up with creative ideas to scale up the product and make it stand out 2. Client Servicing and Brand Management - Work closely with the Sales team to create product sales strategies and brand specific integrations. Create product as well as integration decks - Ensure that the integrations suggested are in line with client expectations and brief - Ensure all client deliverables are met with as per commitment 3. Budget Management - - Ensure that all products are executed within the allocated budgets and financial closures on projects are done in a timely manner 4. Short Turn around time for brand decks. The person should be able to think on their feet and come up with integration ideas that are brand specific and be proficient in power-point - Multi department co-ordination: The person will be the SPOC for operations, sales, marketing, finance and legal for a multitude of things on a given project at all given times. This role requires the person to be a team player as well as have a complete handle on different aspects of product planning KEY DECISIONS: - Product USP and integrations that can be offered to a brand basis this USP - Curation of the product 4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Is able to perform with minimal guidance and uses basis understanding of the field to perform job duties. Is a quick learner. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : - Graduate in any field. PG in event or brand management preferred RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - 6-8 years PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS : - Team Player - Cool headed - Confident - Creative - Great Presentation Skills
