Product Manager - MNC Lighting Major Co.

- Managing Entire P&L of the given category

- Develop annual national marketing calendar (ATL,BTL and Digital) for Category

- Building Brand Equity via Development & Implementation of TVCs, Print, POS & Creative

- Responsible for new product development, balancing the product portfolio and sales channel mix for each product

- Responsible for meeting the brand's top-line, bottom-line and inventory turn targets

- Market Requirement Analysis and Alignment of Supply Chain to maintain the market demands

- Strategic planning, content generation and budget utilization to generate consideration for the band.

- Close collaboration with R&D & Packaging to make Product success as per the Consumer Needs

- Develop and ensure accurate use of visual merchandise for the brand at all retail outlets

- Lead Insight Gathering Research into consumers & competition landscape to enhance the brand

- Identify key partnerships and valuable co-branding opportunities to leverage the brand's current and potential imagery
