Identify & evaluate market trends & consumer preferences.
Define a collection structure to increase sales growth & market share.
2) Product Management
Effective product life cycle management. Lead the development for new categories to drive growth.
Track the performance of competition brands and overall market share.
Analyse sales and brand health on a monthly basis. Devise reports including sales, brand strategy, inventory etc.
Define pricing, gross margins & discounting.
Maintain quality check, Stickering & legal compliance.
3) Inventory Management.
Demand forecast & planning.
Accurate & timely order generation
Monthly stock analysis to identify sell tru, slow moving products.
