This role is specific to Insurance Platform that we are offering to our B2B client/(s). You will be working in a high paced product Solutioning & delivery environment for both MARKETS & our B2B Clients. You will enjoy the independence to take decision & move ahead on the execution framework to deliver the envisaged roadmap.
General Insurance & Life Insurance Product & Platform/System Knowledge :
- Should understand the products being offered under Life & Non-Life insurance categories.
- Should be able to envisage optimized Insurance journeys for both DIY & Assisted offering.
- Should understand common - Get quote- & - Listing- logic for Aggregator platform.
- Should understand the validation rules responsible for categorizing the proposal under STP or NSTP stage
- Should have worked on Employee CRM & understand the lead management module related processes.
- Should know the current processes being followed in Bank's Infra wrt selling Insurance as a product via digital as well as Branch/offline channels
- Should know the compliance pre-requisites for Insurance sales via Bank in India
- Should be aware of IRDAI's Reporting mechanism for Audit purpose.
- Should know the POS guidelines for both General & Life Insurance products
- Should be able to envisage the right digital journey for Branch driven offline sales
- Should aim to digitize the current offline processes being followed by Bank in their Bancassurance business.
- Support in Pre-sales pitch with strong Solutioning approach along with platform implementation across different assets of Bank/NBFC
Relationship Management skills :
- Important skill as communication & in turn a pseudo relationship with client SPOC helps in stakeholder management.
- Both, Pre-sales & Post sales, continue to be responsible for the client relationship.
- Work closely with Insurance Platform vertical to leverage team strength
