This position is responsible for developing, sustaining, and promoting domain expertise in the global in house center(GIC) and contribute to business operations priorities as per BU's business direction. The role is expected to participate in discussions with the product managers in order to determine IT needs as per business priorities.

Understand the business architecture and operations and work closely with architecture team to come up with business solutions to known as well as newly identified business problems. The position is expected to bring external market perspective, and apply advanced knowledge and experience to propose and implement new solutions. The position is recognized as a domain expert and brings broader understanding of business operations/functions as well as IT and is expected to be a liaison across business operations, IT and ITeS. This position is expected to collaborate with IT and ITeS senior leaders to determine opportunities for adding value in terms of process and operational efficiency and new solutions identification.

1. IT to cater to business objectives. Develop deep working knowledge of the business domain to understand Portfolio level priorities in line with BU HLIs (relate to Epics and features) in order to translate these for the offshore teams

2. Establish relationship and create credibility to operate as part of an extended Product Management team to understand the Portfolio priorities. Develop deep understanding of business operations in order to establish extended business knowledge in PGS. Act as a change agent to establish a channel with HO business operations team.

3. Assess the impact of key projects against Portfolio expectations and translate the scope for project teams. Define user stories that deliver real value to the end users and establish priorities and appropriate tradeoffs for system functionality and performance. Prepare deliverables that satisfy stakeholder requirements, support business strategy and align with BU priorities.
