Product Manager - Life Insurance

- We are currently hiring for one of the largest Life Insurance Company in India for Mumbai Locations. We are hiring for various kind of Product Managers. We are not looking for specific Product Knowledge, we are ok to hire someone who has been into Product strategy, Go to market strategy for products, product mix kind of roles for any LI, health insurance or general Insurance Products.

1) Product manager NPS (Retirement Solution) : 

- This profile will be responsible for managing the NPS business from product perspective. The person will be responsible for ensuring the systems and processes are updated to cater to the need of the business. The person will look at Product innovation and drive the areas where HDFC Life can make an impact by having larger market share.

2) Product Manager Protections:

- Primary objective of the role is to support the group Life and Health business. The applicant would be expected to come with solutions and ideas to help grow group protection business. Anchor projects end to end. Do market mapping, monitor competitions business numbers and provide enablers to achieve targets. In addition the applicant is expected to initiate/support distribution level initiatives, be the face of the team for ecosystem related requirements and ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.

3) Product Manager Group & QRPS : 

- This profile will be responsible for managing the Group Annuity space & QROPS business from product perspective. Responsible for ensuring the systems and processed are updated to cater to the need of the business. Look at the Product innovation. Drive the areas where HDFC Life can make an impact by having larger market share. Look for white spaces and increase pie of Group Annuity & QROPS business.

Requirements:

- MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute

- Working in a Product Management role with a Life insurance, general Insurance, Bank or Financial Institution
