Product Manager - Liabilities - Banking

- Understand all aspects of Liability products (Primarily Savings and FDs) & Direct Banking Channels, Regulations, Business process and service delivery to a customer

- Maintain and Manage process/product initiatives for Household, TASC, Government and Salary segments.

- Review Market trends/Sales Trends/Competition Benchmarking/ consumer behaviour for Product Revamp and enrichment.

- Making the On-boarding Experience smoother with enhancements on Product and Platforms with due emphasis on Propositions/Features and Benefits.

- Be the SPOC for Knowledge support, Marketing Support, Trainings, and Campaigns for front end channels.

- New Ideas and Innovations for Incremental Revenue generations, Business Process engineering and Voice of Customer for better customer experience and lifecycle engagement.

- Maintenance and revisions on Rates and Charges, policy notes and other regulatory and compliance aspects.

- Work on Tie-ups and Alliances on Product Promotions, Offer management and Cross Sell with potential Partners for Business growth

- Work with Tech and Ops team for simplifications of Customer Journeys and Service delivery.

- Complete ownership for customer facing collaterals , Brochures , websites, Social Media Posts.
