Product Manager - Lending - FinTech

About company: Our client is a new-age, IITian-led fintech startup building AI-powered B2B lending solutions, based in Pune, India.

Location: Pune (on-site)

Compensation: 12-18 LPA

Qualifications:

We are seeking a smart and hard-working product manager with a fintech (lending) background and 3+ years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product roadmap and product-market fit to achieve business goals for lending solutions

- Assist in the development of customer product strategies, including customer acquisition and retention

- Collaborate with related stakeholders to perform feasibility studies and design GTM plan

- Monitor and understand external conditions, including markets (local and global), competitions, demographics, and local regulations to design product USP and CVP, to ensure lending products meet customer needs while maintaining market competitiveness, product compliance and profitability

- Closely collaborate with UI/UX and CX team to deliver excellent customer experience

- Work with BA team to ensure the PRD meet business requirements, including but not limited to the digital onboarding platform and Loan Origination System (LOS)

- Act as project leader and join the UAT for all new product initiatives launch

- Collaborate with the operations department to design and optimize the process for customer engagement

- Collaborate with the team to review success metrics, key product indicators, funnel conversion rate, product revenue and design the continuous improvement plan
