Roles & Responsibilities

Our Digital Solutions and Decisioning team is responsible for helping create custom solutions that help our customers and partners consume our varied services and solution. These solutions can vary from simple consumption of data in a custom format from the Credit Bureau and Alternative Data sources too highly complex solutions with workflows for end-to end acquisition solutions in real time, leading to disbursement of loans/credit.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the last mile delivery of solutions across our various product lines. They will be part of the pre-sales process to help understand and assimilate the client requirements and how those can be solved using either our standard and/or custom digital solutions.

They will be responsible for working with the client and TU partners to help choose the best options of various partners for implementation, data and services, along with the product SME as may be required to solve the customer Critical Business Issues/requirements.

Post signing of the deal, will be responsible for designing and end-to-end digital roadmap for the customer. Create and managing the framework for the delivery of the final solution to the client; this will include coordinating and creating project plans with several stakeholder including internal delivery teams as well as external partners as may be the case. This may also include coordinating for product level changes and delivery from local and global teams. Required to engage with the client for key milestone deliveries as well as ensuring successful UAT and product launch.

As we aggressively expand our slate of partnerships from both a data as well as services, which we will be integrated and provided as part of both our standard and custom solutions, the Head of Digital Solutions & Customer Onboarding and his/her team will be required to help understand and implement those solutions in case of custom deliveries.

Post implementation this team will be responsible for smooth functioning of the solutions as well continuous engagement with the client for the solution performances and work with the sales and product teams for the purpose of ensuring success of the customer implementation, setting up and providing critical MIS and upsell opportunities as well.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Act as an digital Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting sales in identifying the client's critical business issues and stitching products into a digital solution which solves the issue identified. This team will be responsible for the final delivery of the designed solution and required to engage and manage internal and external delivery teams.

2. Conduct workshops for assessing client needs and create an approach for a technology-enabled solution via assessment of maturity of client processes and understanding their existing processes and points of integrations with TU platforms.

3. Analyze the customer requirements and collaborate with internal and partner teams to devise the right technology enabled solutions for last mile consumption

4. Review the existing client processes suggest modernization of processes wherever necessary

5. Create end-to-end solutions for customers leveraging the TU and partner products capabilities to manage custom implementations by representing the voice of the customer within TU

- Setup and manage program governance on client implementations

- Obtain buy in on complex decisions from client and internal team stakeholders.

- Identify risks, bottlenecks on implementation projects and their resolutions

- Ensure the delivery of the product meets client requirement

6. Ensure proper disclosure of product information in marketing collaterals/ brochures/articles, etc. and are in accordance with the company's vision

7. Identify and create metrics and KPIs for customer implementations to define success.

8. Constantly monitor and improve on the metrics to deliver a superior customer experience.

9. Build strong relations with clients by continuously interacting with them and collecting feedback on the solutions implemented

10. Support post-production implementation and usage

Experience and Skills:

- Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration/ Analytics/ Product Management or a related field

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

- Flexibility to travel as needed

- Executive presence and assertiveness.

- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.

- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.

- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
