- Responsible for identifying and executing the Product Development opportunities within LAS umbrella. - Developing, strategizing, formulating and executing plan for increasing existing penetration of LAS product - Building a competitive Product suite for maintain the leadership position as LAS Lender - Providing sales support to all employees in sales function. - Training of sales & other cross functional teams for new products, features, launches etc - Assessment of People Productivity, Location productivity and working on increasing the same - Preparation of various MIS, Presentation and other report for Senior Management - Participating in Budgeting and planning for business strategy - Preparing and executing plan to increase synergies Project Management: - Managing new initiatives for the business - Identifying and running the digitization possibilities of for LAS Business - Requirement gathering from internal stakeholder and coordinating with IT for development - Testing of new capabilities and preparing the Go to Market plan Qualifications: - Graduate / Post Graduate from a reputed Institute - Should have a min of 3 Years in a similar role - Should have fair understating of Capital Market products - Should have understanding of Lending products and Product Management - Candidate with strong interpersonal skills shall be preferred Skills: - Strong with Office applications like PowerPoint, Excel and Word - Analytical and Financial skills - Basic understating of Financials Product Management, Product Development & Project Management
