- Owns the Clients Business for the region. (Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Accessories) Driving the Topline & Bottom-line, owning this piece as his/her own business.
- Enabling the sales team to be equipped to sell the above-mentioned products.
- Building plans & campaigns around marketing and Inside Sales to generate opportunities.
- Lead and Manage OEM Alliances and engagement for the given region - Close coordination and manage sales opportunity alignment.
- Ensure consistent enablement for the sales team across various Technologies.
- Ensure GTM strategy is aligned with Sales Team to ensure maximum Coverage. (OEM & Customer)
- Close coordination & day to day traction and working with OEM, Distributors & Internal Sales team.
- Coordination with various cross functional teams in HO & regions (BM's & KAMs) in making things happen.
- Should be ready to travel, when required.
- Ability to build strong OEM relationship at the regional level.
- Should have experience in handling multiple Big-ticket deal size in Client's space.
- Have a deep understanding and assessment of Laptop, Desktop, Workstation markets.
Desired Profile:
- Should have a good understanding & knowledge of Enterprise / B2B business.
- Experience in Managing Laptop, Desktop & Workstation Product Accessories Product Management & Sales: 7 ++ Years of experience.
- Preferred background experience: Core Laptop & Desktop / Server & Storage Product sales / category management
