Product Manager (KYC Platform) Position : Product Manager Experience : 6+ yrs Job Type : Permanent Job Location : Bangalore Qualification : B.Tech/B.E with MBA (Regular) or any other equivalent from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutions Role Dimension : This role will be responsible for managing Machine Learning (ML) driven products that allow us to verify real identities of our customers and help us build trust with them and give them seamless access to vast use cases related to payments and financial services. You will be working with teams in other countries including Data scientists, Compliance and Regulations, Business and other Product units that leverage the capabilities of the platform and help shape the future roadmap. Your efforts will truly help create a trusted network of customers and partners for payments business and enable longer term success of the company. You are responsible for : - Create, own, and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long term product strategy - Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy - Own key results for your problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on-time releases, and other critical metrics - Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery - Convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders - Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area Prerequisite : - At least 6 years of product management experience in delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet/platform products with high scale and impact - Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions while working in an unstructured environment - Nuanced understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features - Understanding/Exposure working with Machine learning products and data scientists would be a big plus - Strong communication skills to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management - Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to insist on high standards and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision Mandatory : 1.
