Product Manager - Evc.ventures (http://kryptosmobile.com), US IT Product firm, Gurgaon

Shift Timing : 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST

Experience : 10 -18 Years

Responsibilities :

- Leader who can drive Product Strategy, assist in meeting sales target and ensure timely decisions for Team Org requirements and Delivery commitments while meeting Quality standards.

- Can work in tandem with Product Owner will be accountable to drive the product value added feature list and road map from Offshore center.

- He should be accountable to plan the release/sprint cycle and deliver.

- He should be accountable for cost control of product engineering .

- He should be accountable for forecasting product hosting infrastructure cost.

- He should be accountable for service management cost forecasting.

- He should be operating as ROI (Return of Investment) on Product Roadmap

- Understand product portfolio to meet the needs of the market and define strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and new product introductions (NPI).

- Define detailed product requirements in alignment with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Architects and work with R&D to assure delivery of the right product / requirements

- Coordinate user story prioritization & dependencies with other TPMs, according to Division strategy, standards, roadmap & global prioritization

- Support detailed definition of Product Road map

- Work with architects, R&D, QA and 3rd party vendors to understand HL design, cross interfaces impact & architectural or non-functional features (FRD) and prepare for Sprint / build planning

- Ensure that the right technology as defined by CTO/Architect is in use

- Provide support to Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Presales teams for Product issues Deliver, in coordination with Training team, technical training to relevant interfaces (Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Presales etc.)

Required Skills & Experience :

- Drive and inspire leadership team to achieve business targets

- Prioritize R&D tasks including ongoing support

- Follow up on execution on a daily basis

- Take decisions that impact direction for R&D execution within the sprint / build

- Cross-dependencies follow up for internal release coordination

- Design and spec review, including performance tests and benchmark, and sizing

- Escalation to PM in cases of conflicts

- Define release acceptance criteria Support the PM in development of use scenarios for technical users (e.g. non-functional requirements, serviceability etc.)

- Review, give feedback & approve Product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within area of responsibility Technical documentation enablement

- Drive Training content and distributions

- Technical documentation input and review

- Owns Release notes, Release notifications

Sales Drive :

- He should be accountable defining sales target (Quarterly & Annually)

- He should be driving the sales and marketing strategy (Working Group, Media, Marketing After Effects, Conference) for product

- He should be having some target fix on him itself as part of existing customer visit and up-sale.
