Product Manager - IT - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS/IIT/NIT

Key responsibilities

- You will be required to efficiently run multiple complex projects at the same time, involving multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment. There is nothing slow paced in the mobile internet economy.

- Stay on top of every little thing that goes on in the project. Be scared of Murphy!

- Communicate effectively and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders (Business, Partners and Vendors)

- The key to building a world class product, is world class documentation. It is your job to ensure everybody does their part, and does a good job about it.

There is only so much role we can define for a product in the hyper growth Global Digital Transformation project. As we build bigger and better things, be willing to take up bigger and better challenges.

Some additional pointers on deliverables :

- Instill the digital mindset all over within the company

- Leadership of idea generation and incubation in project team

- Ongoing development of business models, market launches, and operations

- Implementation of defined work methods, e.g., conduct of ideation workshops in project team

- Assurance of adherence to project budgets, KPIs, and schedules

- Collaborating with designers, developers, and strategists, you will help define user experiences across digital platforms from concept through completion.

- Effectively communicate client needs to project team Manage internal resources including designers and developers

- Be extremely data driven. The geekier, the better

- Possess a keen eye for detail, for it will be required to understand a complex product like mobile payments

- Bring your A Game every day, for you will be working in a fast paced environment

- Be ready to travel globally at short notice.

Experience & Qualifications :

- BE/B.Tech and/or MS/MBA preferably from a Tier 1 university

- Able to lead several projects of digital products

- Familiarity with innovative work methods, e.g., agile, Problem solvers, extremely detail-oriented, passionate, and hungry to learn and grow with us
