Roles and Responsibilities -
- Product strategy: Own the product strategy and roadmap. Partner with the business team to understand business goals and translate them into short term and long-term product roadmaps. Execute product releases.
- Communication: Generate detailed business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to maximize user/client satisfaction
- Technology: Work very closely with Engineering, account management and other internal teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Define the product acceptance testing criteria; ensure that they are met. Stay abreast with new innovations and latest technology, trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product.
- Collaboration: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, product, marketing, designing to drive significant improvements in product features and key customer/business metrics
- Customer focus: Highly customer obsessed thinking with deep understanding of customers, behaviours, needs and aspirations when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
- Sales experience in eCommerce, SaaS and technology products
- experience in implementation, planning
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects and busy schedules.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in English for clear communications and understanding
- Ability to work well in a multi-country teamwork environment
Candidates from IIT/IIM/top business schools will be preferred.
