As a Technical Product Manager specialising in Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Gen AI systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, design, and delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML, data engineering, and Gen AI products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, defining product features, and ensuring successful product launches while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analysing customer needs, and competitor products and feeding the-inputs back into the product development processes. An ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has hands-on experience in at least one of the following functions - analytics, Data Engineering, Machine Learning and has one of product management / program management experience.

Responsibilities:

- Gain a deep understanding of Data engineering, AI/ML needs along with exposure to Hyperscalers (eg. Databricks, Azure, Aws etc) as well as the marketplace and competition.

- Develop product strategies that will maximise market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction while meeting company goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UI/UX, Software Development, Operations, and Sales to ensure alignment between product development and product promotion.

- Define and prioritise product requirements and write product specifications.

- Communicate product vision, features, and functionality to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ensure successful product launch and adoption by developing go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, and sales enablement materials.

- Ensure successful implementation of product with clients to drive adoption and usage of the product.

- Support and train sales teams to ensure they have the necessary industry and product knowledge to promote and sell products effectively. Develop messaging, positioning, and core value proposition for one or more solution offerings.

- Continuously monitor and report on product performance and use insights to make data-driven decisions.

- Ensure quality standards by coordinating proper testing and assessment of product performance.

- Work with the development team to ensure that the product design is feasible and designed within budget and timeline constraints.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science ( preferably Masters) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- At least 8 years of experience as a technical product manager, with a focus on data engineering,

- AI/ML, and Gen AI systems.

- Experience with data engineering, machine learning algorithms, and data processing frameworks.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market problems and opportunities.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with using project management tools.

- At least 1 year of product management or program management experience

- A well versed product planner is must need.

- Ability to oversee development teams and achieve shared objectives.

- A strong team player with a positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
