Product Manager - Lead One or more products and Modules within the vertical - Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships - Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, legal and policy teams; Build and manage an actionable product roadmap - Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap; - Manage the entire product line's life cycle from strategic planning to Go-to-market activities; Provide rollout status & monitor impact of each initiative launched - Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap, requirements, development, launch and adoption - Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases with effective user stories to be used by engineering & design teams. Refine product backlog - Leading and Mentoring team members in Product Owner, Associate Product Manager and for success in the PM role, reviewing their work, and evaluating employee performance - HR Tech domain expertise is essential Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related engineering discipline and an MBA degree from any top college/university - Minimum of 8 years of experience of which 4 years of experience working in Product management in Product based companies with agile development methodologies - Ability to understand and appreciate technologies, and relevance to the product - Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into requirements and execution plans with a bias towards action
