Product Manager - IT

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for:

- Know the software systems running our platform better than anyone in the room

- Manage the day-to-day tasks for our engineering team, providing feedback in real-time and providing adjustments and edits

- A/B testing and optimizing features and experiences

- Conducting user research to develop and refine our product roadmap

- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing bugs, features, and chores with appropriate urgency and consideration.

- Support site search optimization, external search engine optimization, and paid search marketing.

- Build and refine our technology stack, evaluating and researching software options and making recommendations to key stakeholder

Qualifications:

- Good product management experience

- Passion for technology - pro-active in understanding and developing various applications, must have used technology to solve business problems.

- Experience with Optimizely (or similar), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Trello, etc.

- Experience managing and/or working directly with engineering teams and design teams

- General working knowledge of coding languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and design principles (Photoshop, UI/UX)
