Product Manager - IT

We are expanding our product portfolio and looking out for a candidate to be the part of this journey in building and delivering the scalable, secure, and user-centric web and mobile-based SaaS application & services to the enterprise need for emerging and developing markets.

We are looking for a Product Manager to help build the newly envisioned SaaS platform. In this role, you will be closely working with the Product Developers. You will actively collaborate in building continuous, seamless enterprise graded software and applications. Primary responsibilities :

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis from different sources of data, system, internet, and people

- Conduct user interviews and coordinate with the customers to gather product requirements and user research and participate in the onboarding of the customer

- Come up with product features based on the market research

- Establish a relationship with the cross-functional team including customers, digital vendors, engineering, and marketing teams to analyze the adoption and concern during product consumption.

- Develop wireframes/design prototypes based on the latest design practices

- Analyze the product metrics including adoption, engagement, conversion, and concern in collaboration with the cross-functional teams and produce reports and dashboards for the business and customer usage

- Demonstrate experimentation (A/B testing, personalization, recommendation) for product iteration and market fit model identification

- Prepare collaterals and artifacts for the product demos and training for stakeholders

- Work in agile software development methodology and follow SCRUM/Kanban in coordination with QA, Developers, UX, and UI folks.

HOW WILL YOU RAMP UP?

By Day 30 :

- Understand Mantra's SaaS product journey, mission, values and future outlook

- Hone your data analytics, user research, UX, and team management skills

- Spend time with the Product Manager and collaborate on defining the road map for the product

By Day 90 :

- Develop design prototypes in collaboration with the Product Team. Solve problems in a structured and systematic manner.

- Develop a strategic plan for the MVP roll out in collaboration with the Product Team

- Understand and communicate customers' needs and perspectives to inspire the broader organization and help conceptualize new product features for the next rollout

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

- Strong technical and design background, ability to dive into the technical details is a bonus

- Experience working at an agile software company/startup is a plus

- Design: Good UX/UI sense, the know-how of what elements create a good user experience. Knowledge of basic design/wireframing tools is preferred.

- Accountability: High sense of ownership and relentlessness to deliver projects with high business impact. You value integrity and derive great personal joy from efficient teamwork.
