Job Title: Product Manager (PM1)

Location: Chennai, India (Onsite)

ITSM/ITOM experience is a plus.

Years of experience: 3-5 years.

About the Role:

- As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative products and features, from conception to launch.

- Your primary responsibilities will include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and enhancing the overall user experience.

- The ideal candidate will combine a solid technical background with a strong understanding of business administration/marketing principles.

- Your ultimate goal will be to collaborate with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in the market, increase customer usage, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Define product strategy and roadmap, setting clear goals and key performance indicators.

- Conduct market and customer research to identify needs and market gaps.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver functional solutions.

- Prioritize feature implementations and set timelines working with engineering and GTM teams.

- Liaise with the marketing team to effectively marketing and positioning of new products.

- Monitor and report on users' reactions after launch.

- Collaborate with marketing to create support and training documents for internal and external users.

- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, or similar role in product management.

- Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques.

- Hands-on experience with web technologies.

- Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

- Strong time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
