Product Manager - IT

As a Product Owner you will be a key pillar standing between business and development, translating business goals, challenges and processes into technical requirements. You will translate the product manager's strategy into actionable tasks, and work with cross-functional agile teams to make sure they are executing on those requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle right from idea generation, research, development, and analysis to go live.

- Create the Product framework, as per the market research & competitive analysis.

- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.

- Groom and prioritise backlog.

- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.

- Manage and organise product team (end-to-end project delivery activities using agile methodologies).

- Set sprint goals.

- Assist in writing acceptance tests.

- Plan releases and upgrades.

- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.

- Analyse preferences and requests of end users.

- Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.

- Keep track of industry trends and analyse competitive landscape.

- Working together with UI/UX team to create/improve product.

- Evaluate & research on future and existing features.

- Identify key parameters to be captured using in-app analytics, thus understanding the user behaviour and targeting accordingly.
