Job Overview :

- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, and customer experience teams and ensuring that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

- The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Selected candidates will :

- Obsessively empathize with users and collaborate with research teams and understand their aspirations, needs and problems across geographies.

- Back your ideas with data and evidence to align various stakeholders

- Work with other product managers, designers, researchers, engineers to deliver the final experience to our users.

- Define the product strategy and roadmap.

- Prioritize features to enable quick Go to Market while aligning with overall organizational strategy

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

- Propose an overall budget to ensure success

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer grade applications

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

- Competitive analysis, financial planning and strategy
