Product Manager - IT

- 2+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple teams. 

- Build, develop and manage the product road map for initiatives/features enhancing users i.e. customer and partner experience. 

- Drive improvement and conversion based on user experience and feedback to ensure the highest quality experience. 

- Come up with new ideas and avenues to acquire users. 

- Work backwards from user needs, wants and pain points to quickly iterate and articulate a strategy and long-term goals. 

- Use or commission market research, usability studies, and focus groups to identify user stories/use cases and best-of-breed benchmarks for solving user problems.

 - Lead the creation of high-quality communication and dashboard infrastructure for an optimum user experience.

 - Work with Marketing team to analyze and understand the pain points of the user acquisition and develop products to optimize user conversion keeping the cost low.
