Company: An agritech enabling Farm-To-Fork value chain for perishables About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities: 1. Leads short-term and long-term strategy for IoT verticals 2. Handle IoT product strategy for multiple sectors - cooling, agriculture, electric vehicles, industrial applications, etc. 3. Develop a business model for the IoT vertical. This would involve market research, competitor analysis, value proposition to the customer, and financial model 4. Evaluation of key ideas for IoT strategy 5. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes 6. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies 7. Prototype product ideas leading to competitive advantage for the company 8. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners 9. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to market and optimal resources 10. Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis 11. Market new products with sales, advertising, and production teams Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand 12. Handling relationships with large customers Skill sets/ Experience we require: 1. Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager 2. Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management 3. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization 4. Proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 6. Outstanding project and time management skills 7. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done Pedigree: 1. Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science or related field 2. Preferred MBA from reputed B-schools
