Job description :

- The position is in the Third Party Products Department within HO's Investment Products Team.

- The role necessitates concentrating on creating, selecting, refining, and overseeing the product/service offerings for Programmed clients, particularly Privy League clients. Privy League clients are wealthy, high-net-worth people (HNIs).

- Work on several aspects of customer life cycle management and develop a plan to attract and keep clients with a product offering that adds value.

- Create, select, and launch new services and products that are appropriate for Privy League clients with the assistance of the Product Research Team.

- Create, develop, discuss, and put into practice strategies to acquire incremental AUMs from new as well as existing investors via conventional and non-traditional products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIF, offshore products, bonds/debentures, SGB, RBI bonds, NPS, etc.

- Initiate and oversee programs aimed at increasing sales through RMs and supervisors in order to meet quarterly or annual goals.

- Keep an eye on and track business performance. Hold quarterly meetings with key players, such as national heads, zonal heads, and regional heads, to discuss and update the plan for hitting quarterly and annual targets.

- Train relationship managers on a variety of products, services, procedures, and technologies on a regular basis with the goal of increasing their productivity.

- Create, adapt, and enhance both new and current operational processes to guarantee easy business transactions and seamless transaction flow.

- Investigating fresh chances for company expansion with the help of the business analytics team

- Offering assistance to investment specialists in the areas of MIS, operational elements, digital initiatives, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements :

- A strong willingness to learn and a fast learning curve are the most crucial job requirements.

- Knowledge of investment goods and experience with wealth management are prerequisites.

- Personable, capable of leading business teams and serving as their initial point of contact.

- Strong in analytics, knowledgeable about financial markets, and capable in public speaking

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to keep a positive relationship with all parties involved.

- A keen, methodical, and imaginative eye for details

- Postgraduate with at least five to ten years of experience in investments and a solid understanding of the principles behind investment products and the sales process.

- Strong Excel and PPT abilities, with the ability to work with huge data sets to extract insightful information.
