One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Product Manager - Investments  Basic Job Purpose:  - Responsible for driving investment product due diligence, launch and tracking regular performance of these products. Providing new product ideas, communication on market outlook, potential untapped sales/portfolio opportunities, sales support and advisory to investment customers of the consumer bank.  - Manage and own investment products to build volumes and profitability within regulatory boundaries being compliant to prevailing laws at all times.  - Evaluate various alternate investment products available in the market through due- diligence and meetings with product provider  - Maintain product program for the product and solicit all requisite approvals for the launch  - Launch the product and build operations framework along with managing other aspects  - Regular monitoring of operating framework and rhythm with equity product team  - Driving the proposition by launching contests & strategic initiatives  - Monitoring SIP calculations & payout for the team  - Ensuring revenue reporting to Fincon and mapping to the relevant stakeholders  - Monitoring Compliance & Legal framework is followed on a day- to- day basis  - Running strategic initiatives for sales people, in- line with regulatory framework  - Manage the Depository Services from various perspectives along with different stakeholders like Operations, Compliance, Sales & Service, AML across Domestic and NRI client base  - Manage the integration of DP Secure with EBS from business perspective in coordination with Operations and IT.  - Look at avenues for enhancing the profitability and cost reduction of running the product  - Manage the product by liaison with different stakeholders like Compliance, Operations, etc.  - Build awareness about the product using various media  - Look at avenues for building volumes and enhancing the profitability  - Manage Real Estate referral services and look at the proposition of new referral services viz. Trust Services & Estate Planning and Art Services  - Regular monitoring of operating framework and rhythm with the referral partners  - Train & regularly interact with the front line team for development & deeper penetration of the proposition and complete the offering to the client  - Develop each of these services into a significant revenue proposition for bank  Education & Experience:  - CA/ MBA from top B- Schools with 3- 6 yrs of relevant investment related experience from banks.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
