We are hiring for an exciting new Internet startup working to create an online services marketplace. Started by Stanford & IIMA graduates, At the moment is a small team but eager to expand rapidly by entering new markets and cities and hiring like-minded bright and fun college graduates who are passionate about their work, committed to the idea and hungry to prove themselves and take charge.  Duties and responsibilities :   - Managing a team of 10-12 Content Associates who are responsible for finding and developing great service providers in an area and be able to get rich information regarding the same.  - Define the product vision for our content and become a genius at pinpointing content gaps & suggesting improvements.  - He or She must be able to quickly analyse any industry or service type and understand the obstacles and problems currently faced by the user.  - Data-driven decision-making, metrics analysis & expansion of content into new cities.  - Set tasks, define processes, manage deadlines for the entire content team.  - Review work and develop processes for data validation and audit.  Qualifications & Experience :   The ideal candidate would be keen to work on an early-stage startup and have the following skills :   - 2+ years of experience in an operations or content management role with a funded internet or e-commerce player. Top-tier consulting, banking or marketing firm experience also welcome.  - Degree from a premium college (DU/IIT etc.) or top-tier Business school.  - Solid understanding of online products & content.  - Master at time-management, multi-tasking and planning.  - We like to work hard & play hard, so you need to have an attitude that matches our work ethic - "All hands on deck!", "No problem is insurmountable!"  Working conditions :   - No of Employees : 0-50  - Work Time : 9.30 AM- 6.30 PM  - 6 days a week (Any day of the week can be fixed as the weekly off)
