About the Role: This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between physical and digital experiences. You'll spearhead the entire product lifecycle of the new initiatives - from concept to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Own the complete product lifecycle of our hardware products, encompassing hardware and software components.

- Conduct user research to understand the needs of customers.

- Define the product vision, roadmap, and user experience (UX) for both hardware and software aspects.

- Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for hardware, software, and user interface (UI) elements.

- Work collaboratively with hardware and software engineers to design, prototype, and iterate on the kiosk.

- Manage and track the development process, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets for both hardware and software components.

- Lead the product launch and rollout, including training materials and deployment strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in product management, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in with a proven track record of bringing hardware and software products to market.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and managing cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.

- Solid knowledge of hardware development processes, including prototyping and manufacturing considerations.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a knack for bridging technical and non-technical discussions.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Continuously refine the product based on user feedback, ensuring optimal user experience and addressing evolving government requirements.
