Required Candidate Specifications :

- Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA essential.

- Total 7 - 10 years in Product Management, Product Marketing.

- Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in internet product management preferably in digital media companies.

- MBA /B.Tech from a premier institution desirable.

Required Job Specifications :

- In Depth knowledge of digital media product management

- Single-point responsibility for Web product launch & lifecycle management and strategy.

- Strong understanding of content management in a digital media company

- Managing entire web or mobile-application from conception to launch and iteration. Hands-on, bias for action and able to quickly take concepts to actual products

- Ability to conceptualize UX details and user centric design (Use cases, storyboards etc) Continuously monitor technology & business trends, and effectively recommend enhancements that will drive consumer engagement and user satisfaction.

- Analyze and interpret data from different sources (analytical, quantitative, qualitative) prioritize decisions based on data.

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including editorial within and outside the organization.

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements.

- Strong ability on strategic thinking and problem solving.
