Responsibilities: 1. Independently identify opportunities and business needs of our product, and build consensus around a roadmap that achieves our product goals. 2. Partner with Business leads, Designers, and Tech teams to design, plan, develop and launch new features or products based on customer content consumption analytics 3. Work with Analyst team to define KPIs that enable data-driven decision-making on the roadmap and overall future of the product 4. Drive market and user research to identify customer needs and satisfaction drivers, and incorporate learnings into product decisions 5. Define, support and deliver innovative and intuitive subscriber/user experiences and features to drive engagement and satisfaction 6. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution, learning and adoption. Monitor competitors and compare and contrast different approaches 7. Strategy and plan to power ambitious paid subscriptions, build loyalty programs, customer referral programs to enhance ARPU 8. Analyse and spot trends based on insights to enable the content teams create new content ideas What we are looking for: 1. 6+ years of hands-on experience in product management 2. Experience in BOTH direct-to-consumer and business-to-business digital products or services, with an experience of launching products or platforms, preferably in the media space 3. Experience with data-driven feature design and decisions 4. Experience communicating both creative and functional feedback to diverse groups 5. Passion for creating great products, with the ability to identify improvement measures in the design, experience, and behavioral outcomes 6. Experience guiding the full product development process: creation, design, execution, quality testing, etc. 7. Experience translating UX testing and feedback into new features 8. This role is dynamic and will evolve based on business strategy and product priorities and requires tolerance to ambiguity 9. You are expected to be a quick learner, curious, and demonstrate high EQ
