Product Manager - Internet/Online

Role Objective:

The role demands the candidate to understand the need of customer / consumer, translating that into viable solution, getting them designed and developed and keeping a close eye on user behavior and usage pattern to improvise on user experience and solution.

Preference

- Worked in the past in online/internet start-ups/mobile product company

- Experience with a start-up is preferred

- A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world/mobile products is a necessary criterion

Job Description

- Find out the market need and current pain points of customers and users

- Collaborate with usability and technology team to identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same

- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed

- Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site/app and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live

- Taking the ownership of the product and preparing yearly product plan with financial targets and actions.
